I’m in charge of positioning and growth marketing strategy for SaaS and Tech companies. I help the Market8 team turn strategy into execution by removing any grey areas from the creative brief and making sure KPIs and goals are met, by deadline and within budget. As part of the Market8 team, I’ve helped clients like Raven360, Zakeke, FBD Frozen and Patient Prism increase sales and revenue. FBD FROZEN—10X the REVENUE - 20X the leads I act as FBD Frozen’s main strategy and project manager. Before working with us, their site generated a few leads per month but no sales. We went back to research to understand their buyer personas, identify where the website fell within their buying process, and how to attract the right leads using offline and online channels. From there, we relaunched their website as a persuasive sales pitch. Website generated 10X the revenue in less than a year, and went from 24 leads a year to 47 leads a MONTH!
