I helped launch Vidyard's Go Video product which was downloaded by 100,000 users in the first year. If you want to create a product that is one of the most powerful "lead magnets" your company has ever built, let's chat!

Growth marketing

In my experience, the best hacks are the ones that aren't hacks. My approach to growth hacking is straightforward. First, I help companies understand their value. Second, we communicate it to your audience whether that be through your pricing page or marketing. Lastly, we deliver on that value as fast as possible. No gimmicky hacks. This shit works.

Customer success

I am by no means a customer success expert and yet I've helped 1,000's of users become successful. How? I approach customer success from an onboarding perspective and make sure that from the minute someone signs up for your free trial or freemium model, we set them up for success.

Design / UX

One of the most common problems I see again and again is that a bad design and user experience kill your conversion rate. If you have a hunch that your conversion rate is hurting for either of these reasons, I can tell you what the problem is and how to fix it.

Conversion rate optimisation

I help SaaS companies improve their free trial to paid customer conversion rate. In the past, I've helped my clients boost their MRR by as much as 20% in the first month working together! How? My process is simple: - Start onboarding the second someone interacts with your brand - Destroy friction in the process - Create an onboarding highway to help users become successful in your product

Traffic Is Currency (TIC) helps B2B SaaS leaders acquire and convert free trial users. Over the last 5 years, I've personally spent millions on acquiring customers for B2B SaaS companies, such as Vidyard & Axonify only to see one common trend within each marketing team... No one knew how to generate and successfully convert free trial users. After talking with 100's of other B2B SaaS founders, I realized that this was a systemic issue in the industry. So, I started TIC with the goal to help B2B SaaS leaders build a repeatable system to generate free trial uses that convert so that they can pursue sustainable growth.

Speaking with Wes was an absolute pleasure and our team was really impressed by his attention to detail and his openness to helping us address key issues that drove us to book with him to begin with. We could immediately tell how passionate he is about helping startups and working through various UX puzzles. Will absolutely be booking again with him in the future.

Wes came to the conversation prepared, and was able to give specific and actionable suggestions to improve our conversion rate on our freemium product. When I reviewed the suggestions with my co-founders, the unanimous answer was "I agree with everything, and I'm surprised we didn't come up with these" and that's the point. Wes was able to help us because if his deep expertise and objective distance. He's also super friendly, energetic and it's clear he really cares about helping his mentees achieve positive outcomes. 100& recommend!

Wes knows so much I am barely qualified to even ask him a question. I now know what I need to focus on to get on the path to a friction-free user onboarding experience. This is a bigger bottleneck than I ever realized and explains a lot as to why we have a large number of customers who stall out. I look forward to meeting with Wes again once we have the wireframes in place!

After meeting with Wes I have a whole sheet of notes and suggestions that I'm excited to try out. Realistically I'll probably only implement a handful of them, but I think an hour of time for a new perspective from someone who specializes in freemium CRO is totally worth it. Thanks Wes!
