My day job is a product coach. I've trained over 200 companies from startups to Fortune50 in how to build products customers love. I can help identify where the holes in your product may be - whether it's strategic (roadmaps, vision, influencing execs/boards) or tactical (team roles, writing user stories, customer interviews). I love talking about all things product, and have a ton of experience to draw upon to share specific examples.

I've found Jira to be the most effective tool for collaborating with engineering teams - mainly because most dev teams prefer this tool over others. Have been using for over 5 years.
Dropbox is my default shared storage. It's definitely got its issues, but I've been using it for over 10 years and managed to work around various quirks.
Hubspot is a really useful took and I've been using it for email and marketing campaigns for the last two years. I can share what works well, and where the gaps are.
Lash.Live is a live action selling platform. We enable sellers and shoppers to connect on a dynamic, connected platform. We have over 30k+ shoppers that love the incredible community we've built over the past two years. Our sellers have a new (additive) revenue stream, and they love connecting directly with their buyers. We're making shopping fun again!
adastra.ventures serves to help scale and grow female-led startups through applying a proprietary curriculum. We invest in our portfolio businesses and pay particular attention to enabling female leaders to thrive through our frameworks and curriculum. We also work with fellow investors to help them understand how to maximize their portfolio by understanding how to interact differently with female-led companies. We actively seek high growth startups, led (or co-led) by women. All three Ad Astra partners are hands-on. applying our combined expertise and leveraging our extensive networks to support our portfolio companies.
We work with product leaders, founders and product teams (at all levels) to fundamentally change the way they work to make fast, impactful and effective customer-driven decisions with measurable outcomes. We do this through our online training curriculum, in-person workshops and coaching sessions. In addition, we help company's of all sizes, and executive teams around the world establish innovation teams & world-class practices through practical, hands-on workshops and coaching. We have a unique 6-week "Design Thinking for Product Managers" workshop & coaching program.
Mitchell International is a privately held b2b company in the insurance / software industry. In this role, I established and grew Innovation team to focus on new growth products, and developed an overarching Innovation Framework, along with innovation metrics and company-wide process. I oversaw the entire design department across four businesses, and a portfolio of over 50 products.
I led product and marketing for the Auto Casualty product portfolio for Mitchell. In this role I led a team of 25+ Product Managers, Marketing managers, Business Analysts, Program, Project, Technical Managers. Responsible for agile transformation, product vision/roadmap, new partner integrations, segmentation & pricing.
Over 10 years, I held a variety of executive roles at Intuit, including business operations for TurboTax, and Customer Experience Development. In my last role, I had over a dozen teams totaling over 90 people that were responsible for the development of the TurboTax product and customer experience. I saw the growth of our customers to over 21 million, and revenue growing from 600 million to over 1.3 billion. We decreased customer contacts by over 30% and increased Net Promoter Score over 7 points.
