CPO @ lash.live | Product Coach @ ProductRebels | Partner at Ad Astra Ventures
My day job is a product coach. I've trained over 200 companies from startups to Fortune50 in how to build products customers love. I can help identify where the holes in your product may be - whether it's strategic (roadmaps, vision, influencing execs/boards) or tactical (team roles, writing user stories, customer interviews). I love talking about all things product, and have a ton of experience to draw upon to share specific examples.
This is my specialty and superpower! Helping founders and product teams hone in on the right combination of product feature and customer focus that leads to product-market fit. If you're building non-stop and not getting results, or not sure where to focus because of so many opportunities - then, let's talk.
I've led cross-functional design teams across large scale enterprise (600 people), as well as direct oversight of a central design function for 4 businesses and over 30 product teams. I specialize in identifying what type of design professional you need, and how they can best work with your team.
I'm an advisor and investor. I run an accelerator through a company I co-founded, Ad Astra Ventures. We focus our funding at the early/seed stage, but help our portfolio companies go on to series A. I can help you understand how and where to focus your funding efforts.
I've used linkedin sales navigator and leveraged linkedin with external content/marketing consultants who have helped us identify leads. IN use for over 3 years.
We've built all our sites on wordpress and have experience integrating various tools. We feature our products, courses, offer downloads and showcase videos. In use over 5 years.
I've found Jira to be the most effective tool for collaborating with engineering teams - mainly because most dev teams prefer this tool over others. Have been using for over 5 years.
Dropbox is my default shared storage. It's definitely got its issues, but I've been using it for over 10 years and managed to work around various quirks.
Hubspot is a really useful took and I've been using it for email and marketing campaigns for the last two years. I can share what works well, and where the gaps are.

Vidya helped reframe what I thought might be a product/market fit issue. Now we know to focus on the value proposition. Thank you!
Vidya was fantastic! I really appreciated the time to understand my product a bit and review how I was positioning myself to the market. She had some really thoughtful (and actionable) suggestions that I'm actively working to try to implement.
Vidya was amazing. Rapid fire questions and answers. In our 30 minutes she helped me work through how to focus on the 5 different jobs I have as a startup founder and prioritize. We went through my specific situation with an investor and how to better managed the relationship. And gave me some really good insights on fundraising.
Vidya was much much too kind. She expertly listened and responded immediately with answers that shook me to the core. I honestly don't know how she did it, she actively listened and responded immediately with the exact right solution. Even when I hemmed and hawed and tried to work around it, she stood firm and figured out how to work around my hesitations and move me to the right solution.
