B2B SaaS Consultant, Go-to-Market Strategist, & Product Marketer
Think of churn as a symptom, not the disease, and it’s usually caused by customers who either don’t have Success Potential or aren’t reaching their Desired Outcomes. And if the churning customers do seem to have success potential, then you’re going to have to dig deep (ie. voice of customer data, surveys, interviews) to find out what these “ideal” customers aren’t getting from you that they need.
If you ask an inbound marketer, inbound marketing is not only the best thing since sliced bread – it’s the saving grace of marketing in general. Now, I will admit to having some bias towards Inbound. I think it works a helluva lot better for today’s customers who are becoming increasingly resistant to the “hard sell” tactics of outbound marketing. But, it’s not the be-all and end-all, everything-you-need, one-stop-shop for SaaS success.
I will help you get to know your customer really, really well. And that is hard. For any size business. It’s as hard as it is vitally important, because everything you do, from developing your product, to marketing your product, to creating a brand that drives customers to you – it all starts here. So few startups get this right.

Wish you had someone to tell you if you’re planning your launch right? Someone who’s done this before – a lot – and knows what it takes to bring SaaS products successfully to market? Well hello.
I help launch, engage, and grow communities. I have worked at Growth Hacker TV, Product Hunt (currently a moderator), GrowthHackers.com (currently a moderator), Zest.is, Inbound.org (now Growth.org), and have helped Hotjar, Segment, Copy Hackers, and more with communities.
SaaS growth depends on customer success, but here’s the scary thing about customer success: It also exists outside of your platform. Success means that customers are not only using your product, they’re getting their desired outcomes – and when you bring your platform together with a strategy to help customers achieve those outcomes, you have a recipe for acquisition, retention, and insane revenue growth. This is what I do. I take startups from problem/solution fit to product/market fit, all the way through growth marketing and scalable customer development. My specialty is in quickly diagnosing strengths and weaknesses in SaaS companies and strategizing ways to improve retention and strengthen brands.
I studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Anthropology.
Another great session with Nikki! While in our first chat they taught me the ropes of some upper funnel stuff to promote myself, in this one I learned more great tactics on how to harvest some of the traffic and received more emphasis on being genuine. They do a great job of bridging the big picture with specific steps, are extremely gracious, and has become my defacto business consultant.
I requested a consultation with Nichole to learn more about Product Hunt launching. She helped me quickly understand the basics and even prepared a document for me on the essentials I should keep in mind. The consultation was super helpful as it dispelled some myths I had in mind around the topic. I am very happy with the progress of understanding Product Hunt I was able to make with just this one call.
I had a really great call with Nichol, in which we discussed some ways to build a Failory community and the existing possibilities I have to increase the return rate of users into the site, by creating a Slack / FB group.
It was great call : Very efficient - Nichole analyzed all our data ( web) before the call , so we came straight to the point. We were impressed with insights - very professional approach and deep knowledge. Very helpful - we've got guidelines not only WHAT make better but also HOW - this is very helpful . Would recommend to anyone who wants to move his business to the next level. CEO Gurucan
Had a fantastic, super actionable session with Nichole. Perhaps the early climax was when they told me I should be charging at least (AT LEAST!) $100/hour for copywriting, whereas I had listed $30/hour as a goal. I believe I gave some type of surprised expression and we had to backtrack for a moment so I could tell them I was just starting out as a digital nomad, but from there Nichole started typing in and elaborating on some practical strategies for how I could arrive at this priorly inconceivable goal. Now I have a roadmap for the next several months! Will obviously be checking in for earlier, but it was great to get on a call and think big with them.
She was very well prepared and shared the notes she made. I definitely want to book her again!
It was awesome speaking to Nichole. As someone who has followed her content and work over the years, it was great to discuss the challenges facing early stage companies. Nichole also gave valuable insights on how SaaS growth depends on customer success. I'd also highly recommend Nichole for anyone looking for help with launching and growing communities.
Nichole was helpful and gave some good ideas to work forward on. She also gave me some insightful advice on areas to improve on in my marketing.
Nikki's plan was clear going into the conversation: Help me get customer / messaging fit before planning specific strategies and tactics. Her feedback was detailed, honest and incredibly helpful. She also shared a bunch of resources. I feel comfortable that with 2-3 meetings I'll be prepared for a successful launch.
Nichole prepared in advance with the information that I had provided, understood further details about our business in the call. Nichole provided very relevant and useful inputs on growth. Would definitely recommend anyone in B2B SaaS to have a chat with Nichole.
Knowledgable, friendly and very prepared for our session. Thank you!
Nichole is was open, insightful, and honest about the circle of competency while providing resources and connections to anything outside of it. I'd definitely book another session soon!
