Selected highlights from my career: ➖ Established the go-to-market (GTM) structure and launched two Face AR and Video AI B2B enterprise products from MVP to €40M revenue pipeline at Banuba. ➖ Built out a high-performing marketing team of eight, using data-driven insights for GTM strategy, product launch KPIs, and full-funnel marketing campaigns. ➖ Attained 300% of the marketing target after orchestrating positioning for both products, including developing specialized messaging to excel in a highly competitive market. ➖ Headed the smooth implementation of both sales-led and product-assisted sales models. Used best practices for the execution of additional projects such as AR studio, App Scanner, etc. ➖ Guided GTM, launched two apps B2B products globally, and outpaced ARR targets at Usercenrics, using practices that became a foundation for all future marketing.
