Work closely with both Sales and non-sales functions, and the broader business operations team; lead a team of operators, business/data associates, and system engineers Develop strategy and refine operating model, processes, and systems to provide clarity and create rapid scaling Here are some highlights of what my team and I have accomplished during my first year at Verkada: • Revamped and responsible for all (US and international) new hire onboarding - increased global headcount by 72% to 1800+ employees; helped launch new offices/entities in Europe and Asia (e.g., Poland, Japan, South Korea) • Redesigned performance review process including comms, tech platform, and manager training • Defined and responsible for key people metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, movement); built from scratch org-wide People data warehouse and automated analytics infrastructure to improve tracking and insight development • Managed ongoing reporting and analytics for weekly / quarterly business reviews, and provided insights to inform business decisions. • Led multiple system transitions (e.g., ATS, workforce planning, performance mgmt) and improvement of relevant processes • Partnered closely with the CFO and VP of People on organizational design and leveling • Responsible for BoD content and comms for key programs/initiatives
