At different stages of my career, I have led, participated in, and advised on go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products. This included working on 0 to 1 product-channel fit, as well as product market fit (Vue Storefront, open source, community-led software). Then, from 1 to 10, I worked on crossing the chasm and entering the mass market (Infermedica, B2B MedTech startup). Now, I'm working on scaling acquisition efforts on a product with 100+ million users (DeepL, D2C).

I've lead Growth Marketing teams from 0 to over $100k in spending per month with 4 people on board. This includes Ads, Marketing automation, lead scoring, creating Marketing-sales funnels, experimentation, funnel optimization, segmentation, and more.
