
The SalesLoft program I led involved change management, leading the global launch of SalesLoft across sales teams in APAC, NAMER, and EMEA. Collaboration and strong alignment with senior stakeholders were essential drivers of the global success of the program. I developed user journey strategies and content based on buyer personas and conducted A/B testing for email engagement. I created Sales Enablement resources, unified hubs, and ensured content relevance through audits. I achieved strong results the first year, surpassing targets by 700%. This included over 20,000+ meetings booked for sales, and achieving an 8.5%+ outbound email reply rate. Thanks to strong collaboration and results, I was nominated for the XFN partner of the Year by sales and won Marketer of the Quarter.
