More about my background:
* I held leadership roles ranging from Territory Sales manager to Innovation and Customer Success leader in corporates and startups.
* I lived and worked in Italy, Germany, Ireland and Switzerland.
* I led SaaS and software integration projects in +20 countries and managed customers across industries like banking, retail, manufacturing, public sector, hospitality and healthcare. My global customers portfolio included SME customers as well as customers with over 20 billion US dollars revenue.
* As a certified agile leader I leverage my agile skillset to support founders build and grow high-performance teams.
* One of the teams I led reached over 250’000 customers, validated 5 prototypes and built a viable business plan in less than 4 months.
* Since 2015 I am an active member of the international startup community, where I continuously expand my knowledge about Design Thinking, Design Sprints and prototyping.
* In my previous roles, I learned about developing business cases at IBM, about C-level communication at Oracle, business model prototyping at Migros and most recently about Customer Success at the Swiss-based scale-up unicorn, Beekeeper AG.
