A couple of years ago I decided to take this expertise and bring it to the agency side. Now I help scale fashion and lifestyle brands on Shopify.     I've spent the last 10 years managing Paid Social and Search campaigns and teams. Through this experience I've learned a lot about what ingredients you need to drive successful paid marketing growth.

    Google Ads has evolved quite quickly over the past 2-3 years. It's now a more completely channel that can generate or capture demand. Over the last year I've spent a lot of time figuring out how to optimally run Performance Max and Search campaigns.

    I've been running Facebook Ads for 10+ years now and have seen the Paid Social landscape evolve a lot. This has taught me how algorithms operate and what inputs you need to drive in order to run a strong ad account. Social is changing at a faster rate than ever meaning brands have to adapt equally quickly.
