I’m a fan of quickly framing a problem and then crafting and executing tests/pilots to facilitate robust decision-making. As a business owner, I’m keenly aware of typical challenges businesses encounter and eager to share insights and tangible tactics to drive them forward. My expertise encompasses conducting market research, due diligence, financial analysis, marketing planning (including budget allocation), developing pricing strategy, creating and executing product led growth tactics (funnel analysis, facilitating surveys to understand and tackle drop offs, A/B testing of copy for emails and ads, and many more) retail channel planning, and working cross-functionally to launch (and grow) products and services.
