I turned my freelancing side hustle into a remote digital marketing agency with 30+ employees. We focus on paid acquisition, SEO, Content, email/lifecycle marketing, organic social, and just about anything else that would help our startup clients. I have been focused on serving VC-backed startups, series A to series C going from nothing to something or from an initial bit of traction to massive scale. As an agency we've helped our clients raise over a billion dollars of funding after working with us, 2 have even achieved unicorn status, and 2 have gone public. I'm very comfortable working in high-paced, high-pressure, high-growth situations and can help people navigate the types of issues that people face when in those types of roles.

I've built a remote team of 30+ from scratch by following an "elevate and delegate" model all while creating goodwill within our organization by creating alliance agreements with my team members so they understand what is required of them and they have some agency in what they are learning in their jobs.

12+ years experience in growth marketing. I've launched all paid acquisition marketing for Weebly (later acquired by Square), and I've built a fully remote digital marketing agency that has had 2 clients reach unicorn status, and 2 clients go public.

Remote work
Our company was remote before COVID forced everyone to go remote. We've been building systems and processes to allow for success in a remote setting, and I don't think we would be anywhere near as efficient if we were in an office together. We're not on an assembly line, there is no need for online knowledge workers to be in the same room, so stop paying for rent and put a system in place that helps you be successful in a remote setting.
