I work with startups, building marketing strategies and teams to execute them. I combine a growth marketing mindset and methodology with varied experience as a founder, CMO and leading agency teams. Here to help ambitious startups unlock growth, swap war stories with founders and to learn! What I believe in is taking a joined-up approach to growth marketing: - We look for channels and campaigns that combine well and assist each other. We get sales on board. - We focus on generating leads from week one AND we progressively improve your brand in our time working together. - We create a safe environment so that we can test new ideas alongside scaling what we’ve proved works. Over the last 3-4 years I have worked with companies including Ocean Bottle, Musiversal, Makers Academy, Retain International, FYXER and Unlock. The range of industries I have experience in include tech, HR, training, wealth tech, property, founder communities and events. I work either embedded in the team as a CMO / Head of Growth or as the leader of an external growth team of marketing experts. We've achieved some great results, both in terms of hard numbers and more subjective markers.
