I live in Amsterdam. I love problem-solving and winning (preferably as a team). I fell in love with building start-ups to scale-ups at Temper, and have been repeating this journey since.. I have developed The Scaler Sales Method over the years, and I am always open to share it.. I have listed below my past journey/experience; Temper: began as hire no. 1 as an intern in 2016, I was responsible for outbound sales 'strategy'. Made a lot of mistakes, but managed to scale the sales team from 1 to 13 FTEs. I think I must have read every book about sales strategy and Silicon Valley out there (challenge me on this ;), they've felt like cheat codes for my job ever since.. Temper scaled from 1 to 140 FTEs in 4 years, and was valued at 100 million euros when I left. Contentoo: I started as Head of Sales at Contentoo, when they had 5 FTE. Promised 3 years of growing the team from the family-phase (5 FTE) to the Village-phase (75/100 FTEs). And I did just that. My team had 15 FTEs, in three regions; Benelux, DACH & Nordics. In 2022, I was promoted to the VP of Sales role. Sales Sessions: This year (2023), Chris van de Graaf, Mathijs Ruijgrok and I founded Sales Sessions. The managed community for sales leaders. I also just started at Billy Grace in August 2023, as CCO.

Built 3 commercial teams; Temper: from 1 to 13 FTE - only Dutchies Contentoo: from 1 to 15 FTEs nationalities: Dutch, German, Tajik, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Burkinabè. Billy Grace: from 2 FTE to currently 7 FTE, and many more to come!
