I wish I could give Tijmen an infinite amount of stars, but for now 5 will have to do. This is my second session with Tijmen, and he's so extremely helpful. He even sent me examples in advance about the topic we were going to discuss. He always thinks along, looking for solutions when something doesn't work out as planned. This also shows his range of expertise, he really knows what he's talking about!

Expertise

  • Content marketing

I lead the Content Performance team at Performics. We created and co-created content with micro-influencers, for SEO, link building, and distribution. Our process was starting with NUF testing, New, Useful, and Feasible content ideas. Content Ideation. Brainwriting. Based on keyword research. Then we created 4 content pillars. Based on that we mapped content on the calender and aligned the ppc efforts and campaigns. So organic and paid was in sync.

  • Growth marketing

5+ years experience in growth marketing, b2b, and b2c. Doing a workshop on Growth Strategies next month at Growth Tribe. Always be learning is my motto. Let me know your growth challenge.

  • Product analytics

I was leading the SEO team at Performics. Did a case and presented it to Google to become a google analytics partner. This is quite an intensive process. Only a couple of companies in the Netherlands are certified. I also work with Mixpanel, Hotjar, GTM, Typeform for research, and Usability HUB for example.

  • SEO

I lead the Content Performance team at Performics. I am comfortable with SEO technical audits, site migration, link juice analysis, screaming frog, etc. I am also quite well developed in SPA, and PWA optimization. Site speed optimization and writing technical reports for developers.

Experience

  • Vandebron

    Growth Hacker
    β€’vandebron.nl/

At Vandebron I started with lead generation. Building campaigns like: Drive a Tesla for free for a year. We partnered with Mr. Green (Tesla Lease company). This giveaway campaign was a very successful source of lead generation. My goal was to generate phone numbers with consent for an energy check. The telesales team would try to convert these leads. This was one of the most successful funnels in CPA at the company for a long time. Later I focused on the referral program and once that was set up I switched to analytics and A/B testing. I had many different roles within the growth team. I was also Scrum Master. I was responsible for the new sign-up flow together with the UX design company Amsterdam Standard. We ended second place in a test done by a CRO company. They tested 10+ websites of energy companies. We had a very limited budget but scored high on low friction and satisfaction during the test. The flow was received well.
