Tiago Gouveia (ติอาโก้)

I consider myself a person with a delightful sense of humour, unwavering enthusiasm, and a warm-hearted nature. Getting things done 🛠 My professional journey began in 2011 as an HR Manager at SABSEG Insurances, and in 2016 I embraced a new role as Head of HR Development. From 2019 to 2022, I took on an exciting challenge, serving as Head of People & Operations at Google Lisbon SLS (Search Language Specialist) Program, being one of the founding members of this project in Portugal. Simultaneously, since 2021, I also held the position of Country Operations Manager for Qualitest in Portugal. In 2023, I "took my talents" to Southeast Asia, joining Vase.ai as Head of People & Operations. Diplomas 📓 I hold a Bachelor in Sociology of Organizations, and a Master's in HR Management. On top, I earned a certification in Body Language from the Center for Body Language and became an accredited Superior Technician in Occupational Safety and Hygiene. Projects 🎡 I take pride in my involvement with the HR/People community as a founding member of ThinkTank HR Portugal, as an HR blogger for IMF Business School Spain. Vision 👀 I believe you can have fun, do meaningful work, and set high standards, all while understanding the core business and being a true partner in the organization’s success.
