Bio

Thanks to my experience as both a developer/Tech lead and Product manager, I can usually help navigate complicated tech landscapes while understanding the challenges for the Product and the customers/users. I have a go-to approach, pragmatic and results-oriented focus on setting relevant goals and KPIs and tracking them throughout the delivery of projects. I can help you: set up a roadmap, prioritize work, write good specifications that can allow you to work with remote tech teams, use a set of tools (that you can find on my profile), experiment and A/B testing, SEO and set up good KPIs that you can track through a dashboard for instance. While not something I do a lot anymore, I can still provide support if you were to need on preparing mockups and set up your WordPress website optimized with SEO and Speed.

Expertise

  • Bootstrapping

Well, I founded two startups and although none of them ended up being giants, they allowed me to learn a lot about bootstrapping as budget is often tight. I love using tools to help facilitate the work and technics of growth hacking to help growth. Also I got a good amount of experience setting up website (mostly using Wordpress) that I am happy to share.

  • Idea validation

One of the things product managers try to do is to validate an idea through experimentation and A/B testing. So I have been working with Google optimise in the past and few other tools that allow you to validate an idea while not investing in the development of the full features.

  • No-code

One of the thing I am super keen is to help non-technical people finding tools that can help them avoiding coding. For instance Zappier is one of them or Wordpress, but nowadays there are more even for building apps.

  • Product analytics

Part of my job as product manager is analyzing data gathered in products in order to inform decisions on what to do next or whether what has been done is successful. An important part of this is to set up the right goals and KPIs and I would be happy to provide help on that.

  • Product management

As a group Product manager, I got experience in executing of a project (especially in agile) and managing a backlog of features and requirements. On top of that I can provide support on how to prioritize the work to be done on a product and the stakeholder management. One thing I am particularly keen to help on, especially for bootstrapping, is the power of experimentation when it comes to understand what will work.

  • Remote work

I worked a lot in remote and managed remote teams or worked with remote contractors. I should be able to help you put everything in place in order to be successful. I can also recommend the type of team you are looking for in contractors either as designers or developers.

  • SEO

Through my experience in Media and in the startup, I have been working quite a lot on SEO. While not being an expert, I can provide support to set up good practices to start properly.

  • Technology and tools

I love learning new tools and trying to find whatever can simplify my life. I put most of the tools on my profile that I encountered in my career. Please do reach out if you need any help on them.

    Google Data Studio

    11 years of experience

  • Trello logo

    Trello

    10 years of experience

While I used JIRA in most of the companies I worked in, Trello had been my go-to planning tool, and even used it to manage work for small dev teams. This is free and very easy to use and in my opinion a must-have for any entrepreneur starting a business.

  • Wordpress logo

  • Zapier logo

    Zapier

    10 years of experience

Zapier is a great tool for automation. If you need to get into I can provide some help and explain how you could use it as part of your processes. For instance, I used Zapier in order to get google Sheets automatically populated with information coming from Hubspot. But the possibility are pretty much illimited.
