First of all, what is CRO? It's about optimizing conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. But more importantly, it's about understanding human psychology and how to influence behaviour. Only then can you apply that knowledge on your website, webshop, app and channels.

The message has to be relevant to the audience and has to provide enough value so that the user motivation surpasses the user friction of accomplishing the action.

12 years of experienceMailchimp is one the most performing email tools when it comes to deliverability. Therefore, never do cold outreach with Maichimp. They have integrated powerful automation features over the years and have good-looking templates that make our lives easier.
