My healthcare experience made me an excellent communicator with a speciality in conflict management. I have run teams all around the globe, but have a strong affinity with Central European devs and their culture of excellence. As partner in previous firms, I've built a massive network that we utilise for building, recruiting and sometimes venture building for my clients. I like working with people, finding the solution for your challenges. Part of that is working with CVVC and the Cardano ecosystem as mentor, and running workshops in their accelerators. I've run a full season of WT3, a blockchain podcast interviewing industry leaders about startup practices in the space. Our motto has always been: "Do your really need blockchain?"
