Hi, I’m Teodora, a Fractional CMO & Enterprise Readiness Advisor helping B2B tech founders sell into complex enterprise environments with confidence. I work primarily with deep-tech and advanced B2B startups that have strong technology but struggle to convert enterprise interest into real deals. My work focuses on identifying where risk shows up in enterprise buying journeys and helping founders remove it. That often means clarifying positioning, tightening the commercial narrative, aligning marketing and sales, and building the proof and signals enterprise buyers need to say yes. I bring 12+ years of B2B marketing and commercial experience across MedTech, energy, and industrial tech. I’ve worked as Head of Marketing inside deep-tech scale-ups and sold to large enterprise customers including Shell and other global organizations, so I understand both sides of the table.
