I’ve had the privilege of leading B2B marketing efforts that significantly scaled operations in EMEA for Udemy Business. At Workera, I started our marketing from the ground up, significantly boosting our pipeline and increasing our inbound contribution in a short period. I've also enjoyed the challenge of leading a sales team, blending my marketing expertise with direct sales experience. My international experience has been instrumental, offering me a broad perspective on different cultures and business practices, which I apply to foster collaborative and dynamic team environments

I’ve been lucky to lead growth marketing initiatives that boosted ARR from $15M to over $100M at Udemy Business in the EMEA region and also tripled the pipeline at Workera. My journey has involved both B2C2B and B2B models, where I've focused on event-led strategies and refining our Ideal Customer Profile to enhance our connection with the audience. Over the last four years, I've specifically adapted these strategies for the enterprise segment, learning to tackle its distinct challenges.
