Bio
I thrive on complexity and design with a purpose and the healthcare industry has definitely provided me with ample opportunities. From maternal mental health programs for high risk pregnant mothers to AI driven review tools for claim reviewers, innovation is far from simple - but is also the most rewarding. My approach is to explore three essential questions: What key problems can we solve for our customers? What technology and resources are needed to build the solution? Will it deliver the expected ROI? This approach is a data-driven methodology that leverages vetted innovation models and creativity to design and validate high value, customer-centric solutions. --- Tools: Adobe XD and Figma, Usability Hub / Lyssna, Survey Monkey, Low Code Prototyping tools like Flutterflow and Google AppSheet, LLM tools like Chat GPT or Gemini, Front-end Development, Back-end Development, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Miro, Six Sigma DMADV, Strategyzer's Validation Framework, and more. I love learning new tools!
Expertise
Design / UX
Over a decade of designing for everything from mental health apps for expectant mothers to claims reviewer platforms for enterprises. Basically, I've done a lot, and there's no problem we can't work through together!
Toolkit

Figma
13 years of experienceFigma, Adobe XD, Low code / No code prototyping tools like Proto.io and Flutterflow, Sketch - it's all fair game! I believe it's not the tool that matters (over a decade ago we had to design websites in Illustrator or Photoshop, so..) but the strategy you use to deploy prototypes quick enough to test with real users.
