Building Growth Method, AI-native campaign management for marketers
My session with Stuart was exceptionally valuable. I approached the meeting with a range of disorganized thoughts, but he skillfully guided me through them, helping to clarify and structure my ideas. His insights were practical and actionable, enabling me to walk away with a clear plan for enhancing our operational processes and refining our SEO strategy. Stuart's deep business acumen and extensive experience were evident throughout the session. His professionalism in following up with a detailed recap stood out even further. This was particularly helpful, ensuring I didn't miss any critical points discussed. His comprehensive approach made the session highly effective and directly applicable to our current challenges.
One of the best Growth Mentor sessions I've had so far; I really enjoyed it and gained a lot of valuable insights within a 30-minute time period. Stuart provided some brilliant advice on how we can increase our chances of getting featured on other companies' listicle articles, as well as how we can get our own listicle articles to rank. Stuart took the time to do initial research into my company as well as the market prior to meaning that we were able to jump straight into it and Stuart provided a lot of actionable guidance. Thanks again!
Stuart was incredibly insightful during our session. He took the time to understand my challenges and provided practical advice I could use right away. His expertise in growth strategies really stood out, and he was both approachable and thoughtful throughout. He came well-prepared, even creating slides that made everything clearer. Stuart also shared useful insights on what industry leaders are doing with their growth frameworks, which was eye-opening. He gave me a great overview of Growth Method’s framework, showing how it can help us better organize and prioritize our growth initiatives.
Founder at Growth Method and Growth Advisor (currently Colt Technology Services, MobiLoud, Visio and Glow). I work as a growth advisor specialising in B2B, typically advising 3 or 4 companies at any one time, both more traditional services businesses and SaaS companies. My strengths include: 1. Growth and experimentation best practises (process > tactics) 2. SEO, particularly programmatic SEO 3. Using AI to improve growth marketing efficiency and effectiveness I focus on creating scalable, predictable and repeatable growth through: 1. Focus over diversification 2. Process over tactics 3. Always-on assets over one-off campaigns 4. Impact over activity 5. Data over opinions 6. Speed over perfection 7. Outside in over inside out Prior to running Growth Method I ran a website and app development agency so I have good experience of working on both sides of the fence.
We have used and continue to AI extensively, both for programmatic SEO, for classifying content on the Growth Method platform, and for web scraping and outbound using platforms such as Clay.com.
I have bootstrapped a marketing agency (Digital Elite) and SaaS product (Growth Method) so six-figures in revenue, with zero outside funding and relatively little investment capital.
We have built many best practises in terms of growth marketing and growth teams into the growthmethod platform - including experiment velocity, clear hypotheses, prioritisation frameworks, agile experimentation and much more.
My company (Growth Method) ranks on page one of Google for some of the most competitive terms in growth marketing space, despite being a bootstrapped company o one. Schedule a session with me to find out how.
Enjoy finding opportunities at the intersection of CRO and marketing engineering for B2B services companies. I have experience of working with Convert, VWO and other CRO tools, as well as experience in operationalising customer research.
I have over 10 years experience working with email marketing platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign and Bento, in companies ranging from 6 to 6000 employees.
I have experience of product-led growth (PLG), sales-led growth (SLG), sales-assisted growth (SAG), and everything in-between, particularly in the SaaS and B2B services sectors.
I run a world-leading growth marketing platform (https://growthmethod.com/) and am a growth advisor to B2B companies. My growth marketing experience spans large enterprise companies with 6000+ employees, to small startups that have just raised a seed round.
There are likely lots of people on here that can help you with link building, I'm happy to offer an alternative perspective on why you may well not need it.

I have extensive experience in scaling marketing operations teams, with a particular interest in agile, scrum, scrumban, kanban and experimentation best practises.
Experienced in SEO for startups and enterprise, particularly in cybersecurity & telecoms. Previous experience with SEO engineering on WordPress. Not a fan of AI-generated content. IMHO the vast majority of your website content should include some input from an SEO expert and provide at least some SEO benefit.
Love a good tech/tools conversation! I have extensive experience in most of the common martech stack tools, and how they fit together - including marketing automation, outbound prospection, CRM, email, dev platforms, nocode tools, programmatic SEO and much more.
Perhaps the most undervalued aspect of marketing teams I believe user/customer research is fundamental to building a successful growth marketing function.

We currently use Airtable extensively (coupled with Make.com) to power the programmatic SEO content on the Growth Method blog. Prior to building the Growth Method app we also run our growth consulting service using Airtable https://growthmethod.com/airtable-growth-marketing/.

We run Clearbit on growthmethod.com having tested Clearbit, Leedfeeder and Factors.ai in parallel to better understand match rate of these IP lookup services.

GrowthHackers Experiments is best suited to growth engineering and product growth teams whereas Growth Method is more suited to marketing and digital teams. Read our in-depth review of the GrowthHackers experiments product here https://growthmethod.com/growthhackers-experiments/. Were covered the core functionality in the product, including pros and cons, objectives, ideation, prioritisation, integrations, meeting summaries, API access, pricing, alternatives and much more.

I have (begrudgingly) used Pardot for the last few years. IMHO unless you are a large enterprise I would stay well clear and go with something like Bento or HubSpot, unless you have no other choice.
I used Asana in my own business and with clients since 2015. If you're looking to build a growth marketing team happy to discuss if the likes of Trello, ProofHub, Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com etc are a good fit. It is very easy to fall into the trap of outputs over outcomes and doing work about work with these platforms.
Huge fan of Google Data Studio and the flexibility it provides with calculated metrics. I've personally built custom reports using data from GA, Ahrefs, GSC, HubSpot, Google Sheets and more. Fantastic tool, happy to share some example dashboards.
I've used HubSpot since I started my digital agency (Digital Elite) in 2012. No experience of the CMS aspects but knowledgeable of all other areas, particularly in larger services businesses.

Recently added n8n to my "stack" having spent years working with Zapier and Make (Integromat). It's definitely more flexible and powerful - use loops, and the code/Javascript node a lot.
My digital agency (Digital Elite) was primarily a WordPress design and development company. Able to provide a completely impartial and unbiased perspective on where WordPress is great, where it's terrible and what some of the alternatives are.
Spent 10 years in Cybersecurity prior to moving into marketing. I was a security consultant for the largest independent cybersecurity provider in the UK (Nebulas), we were acquired by SecureLink and are now part of Orange CyberDefense.
I have many years of experience working in marketing and growth for b2b telecommunications companies and can advise on product/portfolio positioning, lead generation tools, network mapping and more.
Held various consulting, manager and director level positions in telecoms and cybersecurity prior to moving into growth marketing working for companies including Integralis, SecureLink (now Orange Cyber Defense), BT and Colt.
Since exiting my marketing agency business in 2020 I have been completely focused on building Growth Method - the project management tool for growth marketing professionals. We're 100% self funded, built on PHP/Laravel, and have learned a lot along the way.
