Head of Growth Marketing
I am a growth generalist with experience in all marketing & growth disciplines. Key skills: Growth Strategy, Go-to-market, Leadership Besides I am also passionate about leadership. I strongly believe that the backbone of any successful business is a happy, motivated team.
8 years of leadership experience. Recruited, managed and successfully led teams. Average eNPS of <75. Led and recruited a cross-functional team of 9 at SumUp.
One of my favourite things to work on. I love psychology and conversion rate optimisation is a lot about user psychology. But also choosing the right experiments. I've done hundreds of experiments both on webpages and in-app.
I have launched several products from apps, to physical products in more than 20 countries. I am pretty good at localising products and ensuring products get launched successfully.
Growth marketing is not only about nailing the AARRR funnel but also setting a sustainable growth strategy establishing growth loops - your product ultimately should grow itself.
Having validated and de-validated plenty of ideas myself. I can advise on how to validate ideas with low effort. If wanted I can also give you radically candid feedback on when to stop working on something and when to keep going.
I have been meditating and practising mindfulness for more than ten years. I spent a lot of time reflecting on myself and grow. I had many challenges that felt hard to overcome but after all it was invitation to grow. I am happy to listen to you and ask you the right questions suited to your situation.
Having founded my own startup and worked in Pre-Seed startups I know how frustrating it can be until you reached Product market fit. I am happy to share my experience so you can get there faster and with less frustration.
Working in startups is super rewarding but also can be super frustrating at times. I am a strong advocate for mental health and taking care of oneself. Talking to other people often helps to relieve stress and regain energy and power. I am happy to listen!
We used Mixpanel for all app related tracking at Lingumi. We tracked our signups, activations, retentions and the performance of our cohorts with it.
Leading growth for a fast growing climate tech targeting mid-market to enterprise clients. Working closely with sales team to ensure we are meeting targets.
Led a nine people team for one of Europe's biggest fintechs. Was in charge for growth for 7 European countries and managed an eight-figure budget. Owning full P&L.
I founded a B2C startup and grew Lingumi, a London based Ed-Tech startup, from Pre-Seed up to Series A. I love working with B2C since it normally means large user bases which allow for a lot of experimentation.
