Hi, I’m Stacy, a Leadership Coach, Chief People Officer, organizational psychologist, and founder of Synergy Leadership Solutions. I bring 18+ years of experience in HR leadership, organizational development, and executive coaching, gained across startups and global companies including Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, BMW, and ActionIQ. Over my career, I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, shaped company culture, and partnered with leadership teams to guide organizations through rapid growth, change, and successful acquisitions. I coach leaders at every stage — from executives and founders to emerging leaders — on the full spectrum of leadership challenges. That might mean navigating growth, strengthening relationships across the leadership team, building influence, making tough decisions, or leading through uncertainty. My approach blends practical business insight with a deep understanding of human behavior, shaped by my Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University.
