  Building a team

  Grew my team to 12 people in summer 2021 and have led more than 50 people in total. Currently leading a team of 12 (Pop2See) and a team of 10 (low coders). Have managed various volunteers in my non-profit experiences. I geek out when it comes to human relationships, mental health, inspiring and supporting others!

  Content marketing

  I learned Content Marketing while working with my hero at GrowthMentor. I was leading the content operations and was involved in the content strategy, incl. keyword research, outlines, content planning, SEO, workshops, podcasts, videos, blog posts & glossary, social media, coordinating the relevant team, etc.

  Go to market strategy

  I have messed up a few product launches, and the missing key was the GTM strategy. Prioritization of efforts, channels, and goals is key. Tend to prefer software products and digital channels, but I've run offline marketing campaigns as well. Big fan of Product Hunt and Product Hunt Launches.

  Idea validation

  I have founded more than 6 startups/projects, and worked with 30+ teams in the last 5 years. Not doing proper validation is the top mistake I've made, and that's why I've spent my time in creating b...s... and taking non-sense VPs to the market.   Mindset coaching

  I am a GEEK when it comes to mindset, mental health, and emotions (Favorite book: The Art of Not Giving a F...). Building habits (from sleep to work), priorities for life or work, scheduling, productivity hacks (my life lives in Notion). This is my ultimate hobby.

  This is my thing, what I know best. I have broad experiences with No Coding tools, and relevant automation which can include marketing automation as well. MVPs, Automation, Efficiency.   Product launches

  I've launched a few early-stage startups/products, worked with 30+ others, and messed up a few times. I have interviewed 10+ founders of Products of the Day at Product Hunt, and have created a long guide on the topic, while at GrowthMentor.

  Remote work

  I apply the Lean Startup as a framework in my off-work life as well. That's how I defined my remote work-setup. I have also led remote teams with 5-15 members (mostly interns). So engagement, communication, team building, trust, I've got these figured out.

  Technology and tools

  I can help with your stack, or figure out how to do what. My story: I've become a ToolsPerson. When no Coding came in my life and made me a No Code Enthusiast. Then Foti brought marketing into my life and I started using various tools across the board. My guilty pleasure is Tool Time Tim (check Tim Cakir-mentor). Tools I use / like: Google Workspace, Google Sheets, GoZen, Slack, Typeform, Carrd, Flutterflow, Bubble, WeWeb, and many others

  User Research is suuuuch a great tool for your startup. I've executed User Research interviews, both for new products and existing ones, having invested time in planning, rewards, scripts & execution, Jobs To Be Done etc.

  7 years of experience

  Expert in Glide :) using it since 2020 I have built more than 10 apps on the platform. Happy to help you! Great to launch something quickly and start testing!

  Drip is a powerhouse when it comes to email marketing and flows. I've used it for Workflows (insane), Newsletters, Single Series, mostly with tags to separate audiences and interests.
