Bio

I am passionate about building, launching and operationally scaling products, processes and programs to improve customer experiences for both partners and consumers. My first startup experience started at Lazada (Alibaba Group), when I joined during their Series A stage in 2013 and helped scale the business through the Alibaba acquisition and integration period. More recently I led GTM strategy and operations at an early stage stealth mode startup building a community-based social media app. Other than that, I have had experience consulting for brands in e-commerce and worked at high growth big tech companies like Uber and now Meta.

  • Customer success

    Led revenue growth and expansion of strategic regional brand partners on Lazada and Uber. Pitched and onboarded MNC brands on to a new e-commerce marketplace, Lazada that ultimately disrupted the retail industry in Southeast Asia. Identified revenue growth opportunities and led programs with strategic partners on the Uber Eats platform.

  • Go to market strategy

    Worked on product GTM and launches in-market with users, piloted programs and product testing prior to full launch. Engaging multiple cross-functional stakeholders in planning and execution.
