    GTM is the most difficult concept in startups. This is how I see GTM: How do you align your messaging<>Channels<>pricing<>positioning<>product to your target market? I will use my experience in product development, marketing, sales and messaging to help you craft the lean GTM plan.

    First, I don't like the term Growth Hacking. Growth is a process, mindset, and strategy. it's really the case the companies hack the growth. Real growth is understanding the market+human behviour+tehcnologies, in order to design product and value prop that will drive people to buy and come back. In the last 2 years, I am focusing, learning and helping startup to build growth engines - mainly working with platforms and marketplaces.

    As product manager and mentor, I help startups to build products from the ground.
