I help founders identify ways to scale their leadership teams as fast as the business to sustain growth, and allow for a robust and efficient GTM engine. I have built sales campaigns at Fortune 500 companies resulting in a 1B pipeline I have scaled revenue process and teams, resulting in 20% ARR growth I have facilitated countless executive roundtables, and meetups resulting in truncated sales cycles, robust product feedback, partnership agreements and increased ARR I've worn many hats in my career. From owner of a small business in college, to GTM transformation expert across Fortune 500 tech companies. I have also worked at startups and mid-size companies, scaling across a wide spectrum of company sizes; spanning marketing, selling and customer success functions. With small and large companies alike, success leaves clues and follows patterns. The key to unlocking that success: identifying the focus and executing to that end. Sounds easy, execution is hard. Especially when a company is growing and priorities compete with one another.
