Hello! I am a seasoned product manager with experience in building and delivering customer-facing CX, platform solutions, and internal tooling. My experience spans e-commerce (Amazon), video streaming (Prime Video), and hardware manufacturing (IBM) industries. I have managed and coordinated developers, designers, researchers, product managers, and business managers across several geographies. Given I am a big fan of product management as a function and as a career path, I am also a guest lecturer for product courses at universities and through Product School (EdTech startup). Since 2018, I have been mentoring students who are interested in moving into product management. How can I help you?   • Idea validation

    My favorite part in product management is when you start creating an idea out of nowhere. I've led brainstorming sessions with engineering and design teams in India, Europe, and the US; some of which have led to large-scale platform ideas that have been funded over the years.

  • Product analytics

    I have experience defining instrumentation requirements pre-launch to ensure experiments/launches generate sufficient data for analysis, using SQL and Excel to generate quick, simple and effective analysis to accelerate decision-making, and have learned to used AWS Comprehend for analyzing customer sentiment from free-text feedback.

  • Product launches

    I have launched products such as chatbot and livechat platforms and automated marketing workflows/recommendations, in addition to feature launches of search experiences on Amazon and improvements to internal tools used to create image marketing assets at scale for Prime Video.

  • Product management

    I have launched B2C and B2C2B products and internal tools by coordinating the entire product development lifecycle: ideation, customer validation (e.g. evaluative research), product implementation and post-launch.

  • User research

    I have led usability studies through the online platform User Testing, including the script and task definition, and post-study analysis. I have also led a design sprint in which we created a new GenAI CX for e-commerce, created a prototype and validated it with customers in the span of 2 weeks. I have also conducted customer interviews to walk them through new experiences and identify new opportunities.
