I've consulted with companies large and small, built and ran a billion dollar portfolio of business startups from scratch, implemented a cost-efficient growth operating system as a COO, and defined a go-to-market strategy that drove top-line by 2.5x as a CRO. My experiences are as varied as the problems you face building your business. I love: - Zooming in to dig into problems in marketing, sales, operations, etc... - Zooming out to see how those problems are impacting the vision and strategy - Zooming back in to find solutions to the problems - Zooming back out to... Nothing is more exciting than digging into a thorny problem, taking it apart, finding a solution, and putting it all back together better than when you started.

    Whether its figuring out what you need on your team, where to look for them, who to hire, how to put them into an environment to succeed, or how to coach and manage them, I can help. I've build teams from 2 to 2,000 across all different functions.

  • Go to market strategy

    What problem are you really solving? For whom do you solve it? Starting there sounds basic, but I've often lost sight of it when building businesses. But where I've been clear on it, I'd developed go to market plans (strategy and execution) that led to hundreds of millions of dollars of growth.

  • Idea validation

    For seven years, I built and ran an incubator/accelerator where I not only saw hundreds of ideas, but I taught and coached others (often people who had never built businesses before) how to validate those idea.

  • Sales

    As a Chief Revenue Officer, I build and managed a team of ~300 SMB and Enterprise reps across roles (e.g., ISR, BDR, SDR, AE, AM) and geographies, along with the supporting Operations and Enablement capabilities.
