Hey, I'm Satwik. Over the last 9 years, I've been a digital marketer, a growth manager, a product manager, a mentor, and an entrepreneur, . Currently working on building Uptiq, a platform for Growth teams to streamline their processes, I've previously had the opportunity to work with hundreds of startups across 85 countries. At Seedstars, our mission wa to "Impact People's Lives in Emerging Markets through Technology and Entrepreneurship". Keeping sight of that vision, I've personally traveled to over 15 countries over the last year, meeting founders of startups ranging from Seed to Series B, and mentoring them in Lean and Growth methodologies to scale their startups faster. I learned as much as (if not more than) I taught during this time. Before Seedstars, I was running my own startup in Hyderabad, India. For almost 2 years, I've made plenty of mistakes, made a lot of wrong decisions, and above all, had an immense boost in learning. Prior to that, I was leading growth at GrabOn, India's biggest coupons company, where we collectively managed to grow from 50k visitors a month, to 6.5Million a month within a span of two years. Each experience armed me with enough knowledge to push my learning curve further. I am extremely passionate about working with startups and helping them scale. Each startup has its unique set of challenges, and helping solve these challenges has been and will always be an absolute delight. My expertise lies in implementing scalable growth methodologies in startups with a Product-Market fit. This includes helping you identify and achieve P/M fit, disseminating the Growth and Data-Driven Mindset to your team, identifying opportunities to scale, and setting up a growth process that keeps giving. Apart from that, I've also mentored startups with their fundraising strategies, leveraging on learnings from working in a VC (Seedstars).
