Responsible for establishing Google Hardware's B2B GTM processes, designed marketing lead gen program, launched reseller channel, launched carrier promotion program. Managing all aspects of sales, including sell-in, promotional planning, and sell-out, thereby increasing partner efficiency by 15% Cross sell SW products such as Android Essentials, Google Workspace along with Hardware devices Launched first of its kind external facing B2B website for Pixel devices.
