Tripaneer is a marketplace for wellness and yoga holidays, based out of Amsterdam. Business Development and Operations I developed the sales process and built the entire sales team for Tripaneer. I scaled the team from 4 to 40 people during the scale up phase of Tripaneer. I added supply on the platform from across the globe and for multiple categories. The partners ranged from large retreat centres, hotels to individual wellness retreat organizers. Operations & Process Development I launched new processes from partner verification, onboarding, sales operations, lifecycle management Marketing Coordination I worked closely with the CMO to coordinate the marketing efforts across categories and countries Growth & Expansion New Markets I launched the partner expansion program in the US. We added thousands of partners from across the US, contributing significantly to the revenue growth of Tripaneer. New Categories I launched new categories for Tripaneer on a regular basis, adding partners from across the globe.
