
Upteam is a vintage bag, apparel and accessory curator currently supplying authentic pre-owned items from high-end brands to online and offline shops across the World. Upteam is funded by the world-renowned startup accelerator 500 startups. My responsibilities as Head of Business Development included: Development of strategic initiatives, implementation of cross-channel sales plans, recruiting, training and managing of sales and customer support teams, oversight of sales and marketing budgets, co-leadership of company's reporting tools. Due to my personal relationship with the founders I also assisted with other aspects of the business, similar to a Chief of Staff.
