I’m a seasoned professional in Business and Revenue Operations and Growth with over 15 years of experience, having navigated my career from software development to growth marketing to operations. I have founded two startups along the way, which has given me a well-rounded view of business and a unique set of skills that I bring to the table. I have more than 10 years of experience in driving Marketplace Ops from both the demand and supply side of the businesses. As the Director of Course Talent Operations at Springboard, I led a fantastic team that recruited, trained, and managed a community of over 1,000 technical mentors. Our mentors were key to helping students finish their courses and land great jobs. My focus was on increasing student retention and placements while scaling operations efficiently.
