- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results. - Work with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale. - Develop and execute marketing strategy, campaigns, and activities to drive significant student acquisition growth while achieving efficiency targets. - Grow, mentor, motivate and develop a motivated, high-performing team of student-focused, data-driven performance marketers and ensure the team is set up for success. - Proactively and regularly communicate channel performance to internal leadership and stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of performance marketing strategy, investment results, drivers, and opportunities. - Oversee top of the funnel campaigns, ideate and implement actions to optimize it and get better quality applicants to our courses.
