I’m a senior Go-To-Market (GTM) and Channel executive passionate about helping B2B businesses scale, commercialize new products, and expand growth through partner distribution. My experience ranges from being a startup co-founder to a senior director at Microsoft, and I specialize in doing the coaching and workshops needed to build great tech teams, even globally. My career has been defined by building growth engines. As a Sr. Director at Microsoft, I was a leader on the One Commercial Partner (OCP) team, where I developed the GTM process and helped grow the US business from $100m to $1.8b. I personally managed and scaled partners like GoDaddy, Rackspace, Comcast and Accenture. I also have deep operational and startup experience. I was the Co-Founder and CEO of Impressa, where we built a SaaS e-commerce platform, licensed it to Microsoft, and grew the company from $0 to $15m in revenue. More recently, as CEO of Rali, a venture-backed SaaS platform, I led a turnaround that secured a $14m raise and grew the company to ~millions in ARR by building a GTM message ("Change that Works") and a partner channel that drove 80% of revenue.
