
I'm currently working in the Western Europe Carpool Growth team. My main day-to-day tasks are: • Create and execute Growth & Revenue strategies • Define the right Growth levers and channels (Pricing, Virality, CRM, Paid, Product touchpoints) to acquire, activate and retain users • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product and Tech teams to implement those strategies • Analyze and report on Growth KPIs • Experiment to find new growth levers Over the past few months, I: 👉 3.5x the share of drivers we redirect from BlaBlaCar to BlaBlaCar Daily, thanks to the implementation of a redirection flow composed of in and outside product bumpers 👉 Led a cross-team growth task force (product/marketing/data) to 2.5x the number of successful drivers volumes on BlaBlaCar Daily 👉 Built Pricing projects & and tests to either maximize revenue or member's success 👉 Led a Steering Committee on improving BlaBlaCar & BlaBlaCar Daily drivers' funnels conversion 👉 Collected 40k+ feedbacks from our community to improve BlaBlaCar meeting points quality and member's experience
