Hi, I'm Phil.
Former professional athlete turned commercial leader, passionate about building impactful partnerships and driving sustainable growth in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Currently, I serve as Regional Sales Lead for Central and Northern Europe at Pleo, a fast-growing SaaS fintech scale-up. I coach, develop, and empower a team of ambitious, young sales professionals to identify strategic opportunities, engage prospects, and drive pipeline growth across key European markets.
Previously, I served as the Commercial Lead for Executive Education at the Luxembourg School of Business, where I forged strategic partnerships with world-renowned institutions like Harvard, ESADE, and MIT, as well as Fortune 500 companies and other leading organizations across Europe and Asia.
Before that, I was the Senior Strategic Partnership Management Lead at TikTok, leading the DACH region and overseeing the entire partnership lifecycle - from prospecting to deal closure. During my time at TikTok I had the immense joy of representing the company as public speaker at events like Berlin Fashion Week, OMR Festival and Frankfurt Bookfair.
With over 10 years of experience in business development, key account management, and customer success, I’ve worked with high-profile clients across a range of industries. My strength lies in crafting tailored, value-driven solutions and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, brand, and strategy teams.
Fluent in Luxembourgish, German, French, and English, I hold two master’s degrees in Finance and Management, along with a bachelor’s in Business Administration.
