hi there! I'm Pei and I'd like to introduce myself as - Creative - I believe creativity frees us. I love the fun of it too. I started a creativity training boot camp for young kids when I was in college. Now it helps me greatly with generating a large volume of ideas for growth experiments. Analytical - I was naturally drawn to learn statistics and information technology in college (that was before data analytics was a "thing" and not that many people were in the analytics function). I strengthened my analytical muscle further at my first job as a lead analyst in comScore dealing with big data. Now it helps me uncover insights from data to fuel substantial growth at startups. Bold - Leaving my own country at age 15 for an adventure was just a start. I don't stop at or let people stop me at "that doesn't seem possible." It makes me always want to set stretch growth goals. As a Chinese working outside of China, I'm also all-time curious about how Chinese startups design their growth tactics. I'd say I do have a vantage point to observe and compare - at depth - tactics across Chinese, American, MENA, and other tech ecosystem players. I'm happy to share and answer your questions about things in the Chinese market if you are interested. For what it's worth - I love all things related to music. I helped a band grow before too (some called me a "promoter").
