Business Executive with 15 years’ experience in creating, developing, restructuring, and managing tech businesses so they achieve revenue and profit growth. Senior manager of distributed teams in cross-border, multi-cultural, and multi-language environments. Strong experience in positioning PS offer and designing digital SaaS products go-to-market strategies for both startups and enterprises. I started programming at the age of 15 and pursued a technical education, earning a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering. While completing my studies, I've worked on m-payment R&D, which was cutting-edge technology back in 2006 and would jump-start my career in the industry. Having begun my professional career as an IT consultant, in 2010 I was given the challenge to create, develop, and manage a mobile business unit at Xpand IT. There I successfully positioned the company as a reference in enterprise mobility solutions with over 100 mobile apps deployed. Four years later I joined the founder of BOLD International to help the company restructure its mobile BU, successfully securing the first company projects in the US, strengthening engineering processes, and doubling the team’s size. I was also the mentor and founder of the Mobile Edge event. Subsequently, I joined Altran, a global consulting firm, as a Practice Manager. I developed their mobile PS offer, successfully closing +1M€ deals in multinational projects that largely centered on wearable tech for the pharma industry. In July 2016 I shifted gear and joined a PE firm - ESW Capital - based in Austin, Texas. There I worked as sales and customer success director on various companies within the portfolio, including Crossover, Aurea Software, DNN, Fogbugz, and SLI. Key achievements include closing $9M in ARR in net new customers. Throughout the last decade I have also acted as a startup advisor, professional trainer, and, most notably, a lecturer for seven years at the Universidade Lusófona (the largest Portuguese private university and the main institution of Grupo Lusófona, which administers other universities and colleges in Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Angola, Guinea-Bissau, and Mozambique). 2020 kicked off a new exciting period as I've started a new business venture - BRIDGE IN. I founded BRIDGE IN, to help companies set-up their tech hub and hire talent in Portugal, by offering professional soft-landing and business relocation services to startups looking to launch operations in Portugal, efficiently and with minimal risks. I've lead Customer Success across a portfolio of companies from ESW Capital. Managing customer's expectations and ensuring a smooth experience during a company acquisition and subsequent restructuring was one of the biggest challenges in my career.

I'm passionate about strategy. A great GTM strategy makes all the difference between success and failure particularly on early-stage startups. I've coached several startups since inception and managed established businesses during restructuring.
