I started my design career working with early-stage startups so I understand the challenges of building a digital product from scratch and finding a problem-solution fit or product market fit. Innovate Labs is a USA government grant-funded organization that builds open-source public interest tools to keep the internet open and decentralized. Its flagship product is called Lantern. I led the UX across all its platforms and oversaw its growth to 114% of users. I worked across all phases of the project—gathering insights from quantitative research and translating those into innovative solutions to improve engagement and revenue - using a mix of data analysis, surveys and interviews with users and internet activists and worked in tandem with engineers to ship features.
