Bio

I have 15+ years of work experience overall, in policy, banking and fintech. I have built implementation and Customer Success teams in Enterprise SaaS Fintech, from the first hire to the company's sale to a major bank. I am experienced in leadership, have interviewed in excess of 100 people for mid-level and senior roles, have hired and developed A-players and made some hiring mistakes that taught me lessons. I work alongside founders to build strong organisational structures out of uncertainty and confusion by defining structure, roles and responsibilities and leading on hiring processes for key roles.
