Bio
I help connect marketing, go-to-market, and execution as companies scale. I’ve worked in B2B SaaS environments where growth matters, but clarity, structure, and ownership are still being built. My background is marketing-led, but the scope of my roles has gone beyond running campaigns or channels. I’ve been responsible for clarifying who the company is for, how demand is generated, and how Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success work together once things are in motion. That scope has included leading marketing teams, owning demand generation, and shaping GTM execution end to end. In one role, this led to a 44% year-over-year increase in marketing-driven revenue without increasing budget, driven by a shift from lead generation to a more demand-led model. In others, the work was more foundational: defining ICPs, positioning, operating cadence, and introducing structure where things were previously informal or fragmented. I’m most effective in environments where growth depends less on doing more, and more on doing the right things consistently. A big part of my role is acting as the connective layer between teams, turning strategy into execution, and making sure systems, processes, and people are aligned enough for growth to become repeatable. I don’t see marketing, operations, and revenue execution as separate disciplines. In practice, they’re part of the same job: designing a growth system people can trust, use, and improve without constant reinvention.
