I've worked in-house for 3 VC backed ventures generating over £1.3billion revenue early on. Half my time is split working with FTSE 100 companies such as Canon, Investec Bank, Lenovo & HomeServe. The other half supporting startups and working on my own products. I've lead +25-person growth teams across 5 of the top 100 startups in the UK at any given time. I interview and hire heads of growth for start-ups, build Martech stacks, manage agencies & contractors, mentor, lecture and appear frequently on interviews including podcasts, workshops and panels. I'm a non-exec director for a business with a team of 74 people. I spend my days managing strategy, with half my time deep into analytics or setting up marketing campaigns on search, social, affiliates or programmatic. I'm a full-funnel marketer having previously been in a hybrid product role. I've managed at one point 12,500 Adwords accounts in the UK.     Big fan of Ahrefs, been using it for over 5 years now. Great tool for backlink discovery and keeping track of SEO performance in terms of keyword ranking & relevant content themes.

    Hubspot certified. Fond of the CRM but not nearly as powerful as Salesforce. I like the marketing suite for B2B, but often see it used ineffectively and over-invested with wrong expectations. Not a fan of the CoS as I like the variability of wordpress in terms of plugins. I've used it for Kurve as well as around 4 different businesses.
