I've optimised the highest-traffic section of Booking.com's app, I've 10x Flo's web revenue in 10 months, in the first 2 months at Fjor I've doubled the web new revenue and x3 the experiments ran across both platforms. By month 4 I increased app ARPU by 30% and added a new revenue stream.
