Bio

I’m Ofri Lehmann, Chief of Product Delivery & Innovation at Exodigo. I combine strategic product leadership with hands-on delivery execution: defining product vision and roadmaps for Geotech and AI Civil Engineering, leading the end-to-end development of MVPs and pilots, and driving commercialization and operational readiness. I run proposal capture for strategic pursuits, enforce technical QA and standards (GIS, PAS128/SUE, survey and geotechnical integration), and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure production quality and measurable business outcomes. I enjoy helping teams take ML/AI and geospatial prototypes into dependable field products and advising on delivery models that scale across geographies and prime contractors

Expertise

  • Customer success

Our industry, like any other, is ultimately about people. Sometimes the next project is more about the user experience or journey than the product. I see this axis as one of the most important points in the operation and construction of a product.

  • Operations

I built operations groups at various levels in 5 different countries, including England and the USA. From the stage of entering the country to the stage of projects execution, as well as transfer to a local operational to a local manager when the entity becomes significant and requires a larger scale, focus, and local culture.

  • Product management

Hearing and then listening to the customer, identifying gaps, anticipating problems and thinking outside the box on all axes (product, operations, strategy ) - God is in the details and focus plays an important role in design. above all, identifying what has not yet been realized.

  • Sales

Product characterization. sale strategy and many other. all of them brige hard Q&A. who is our customer? Who are our other customers that we don't see? The Buyer or the User? focus ? They are all part of the product sales process and characterization of the type of product, but also who is the customer and how to approach him?
