Bio

What drives me is understanding people with the aim of helping them live better lives. I led the redesign at Lyft and Udemy using research and data to make decision. Most recently I’ve been working in the mental health space to bring a prescription digital therapeutic to life via an AI chatbot. I thrive in the discovery process and going 0 to 1 by conducting research to figuring out what people actually need and leading a collaborative design process.

    Building the right thing involves understanding user needs, company goals/metrics, technical constraints, and how people use software. Happy to review designs, talk through the design process, or make plans for stakeholder/user co-creation.

  • Product analytics

    Knowing what's working and what's not is critical in figuring out what to build next and if what to do next with what you've just launched. We can talk through how to ask the right questions to inform decisions and take next steps, instrumenting your product to answer future questions, how to work with stakeholders and Data Scientists, dashboard creation, and A/B testing.

  • Product management

    I've been doing it for over 15 years across B2C, B2B, B2B2C. Witnessed growth from early stage companies and helped grow product teams from a group that could sit around a table to over a hundred PMs. I've built products in education, healthcare, transportation, and e-commerce.

  • User research

    Understanding what to build is the hardest part of product management. I've conducted hundreds of customer interviews and deployed numerous research methods to uncover key insights. Happy to talk through easy and lightweight research you can do to gain confidence in your roadmap or feature.
