In my previous roles, I am proud to have shaped the go-to-market strategy for four products across three countries, both at Amazon and later on at an early stage B2B start-up. I structured the sales and growth team, enhancing our recruitment process and successfully hiring five people in under four months. Additionally, I established a growth playbook for a start-up, driving 20x year-over-year growth through outbound sales, marketing programs, account-based marketing, webinars, and lead nurturing. One of my achievements at DoubleCloud was building the first sales and growth team from the ground up. This involved defining the team structure and candidate profiles, establishing effective screening methods, training interviewers, and crucially, positioning the start-up to attract potential candidates.

At Amazon, I spearheaded the launch of new payment services across three EU countries defining marketing channels, promotions and messaging. At DoubleCloud, I developed the sales go-to-market strategy, defining target industries and companies, value propositions, and personas, while leading the team to successful implementation.

5 years of experienceSet-up and used Phantom Buster to scrape and enrich leads from various such as Slack Groups, LinkedIn Groups, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lists. This was very useful to do hypertargeting based on industry, profile keywords, company's technology and interests of leads.
