Technology and tools
Truth be told, in some circles I'm known as 'the stack guy'. Is it something I'm ashamed of? No. Is it something I'm proud of? Not really. But it does mean I can help out when it comes to what tools to use for CRM, attribution, product analytics, event tracking, testing paywalls etc.
User research
Customer interviews, PMF surveys, JTBD, usability tests, fleshing out ideas before you build them! IMO, user research should be a primary weapon in every growth person's arsenal.
